Vertical Machining Center-Three-line Rail Vertical Machining Center
Short Description:
Vertical Machining Center Three-line Rail Vertical Machining Center
Machine tool frame is the mechanical bare body of a machine tool, excluding components such as the CNC system, servo drives, electrical cabinet, tool magazine, and protective covers. It serves as the core foundation that determines the rigidity, precision and stability of the complete machine.
1. Core Definition
- A machine tool frame is the basic mechanical main body of a machine tool. Composed of key structural parts including the bed, column, headstock, worktable, guideways, ball screws and lubrication system, it acts as the skeleton for the assembly of the complete machine.
2. Main Structure
- Bed: The basic supporting component, mostly made of HT250/HT300 cast iron, treated with aging process to relieve internal stress and ensure long-term dimensional stability.
- Headstock: Provides cutting power and determines rotational accuracy and rigidity.
- Feed system: Includes ball screws and linear guideways to ensure motion and positioning accuracy.
- Worktable / Saddle / Column: Form the motion and load-bearing framework.
Vertical/horizontal main configuration
- Resin sand casting;
- Imported ball screw and precision lock nut;
- Taiwan-made spindle, some optical machine can choose direct connection, BT40, BT50, gear head, short nose and other special types of spindle, further inquiry needed;
- Line rail models imported linear guide, different manufacturers and models , inquiry needed;
- Taiwan-made pressurized cylinder;
- Paint: Standard black, can be configured according to customer requirements (color palette), spray paint color;
- Special imported bearings for screw;
- Imported coupling;
- Domestic electric lubrication system;
- Domestic cooling water system (No water pump, water tank, etc.);
- A set of domestic air cooling pipelines;
- Some models do not have counterweight, optical.
