1.System Description

CNC milling machine is a kind of automatic processing equipment developed on the basis of general milling machine. Their processing technology is basically the same, and their structure is also similar. CNC milling machine is divided into two categories: with and without tool library. The CNC milling machine with tool magazine is also called machining center. Machining center is mainly used in the mechanical manufacturing industry. With the continuous development of the mechanical manufacturing industry, the processing complexity of artifact is higher and higher, and general machine tools can not complete the processing at one time. The machining center is equipped with a tool magazine, which has the function of automatic tool change. It is a numerical control machine tool for multi-process machining after the artifact is clamped once. The machining center is a highly mechatronic product. After the artifact is clamped, the CNC system can control the machine tool to automatically select and change the cutter according to different processes, automatically align the cutter, automatically change the spindle speed, feed rate, etc., and can continuously complete various processes such as drilling, boring, milling, reaming, tapping, etc

3. Introduction to industry matching performance

The host computer is connected with the control end of the servo driver, and the control mode is pulse + direction in the position mode. The wiring between the host computer and the system is as follows:

1Related parameter settings

⑴Velocity loop proportional gain

When the gain value is increased, the speed responsiveness can be improved, so that the driver can drive the motor as timely and accurately as possible according to the command. However, if the setting is too large, it is easy to generate vibration and noise. Therefore, the appropriate value should be selected according to the actual situation.

⑵Position loop gain

Increase the gain of the position loop to accelerate the system response. Reduce positioning error and shorten positioning time. However, mechanical vibration and system position overshoot may be caused by excessive vibration.

⑶Electronic gear ratio setting

Reciprocal of the target value to the actual value ratio
