1.Introduction

In the past, the production of all kinds of models completely depended on manual cutting and bonding. The whole production process had high labor intensity, long consumption time and low production accuracy. 2. Brief introduction of computer engraving machine technology

Computer engraving machine consists of computer, engraving machine controller and engraving machine host. Its working principle is: design and typesetting are carried out through the special carving software configured in the computer, and the information of design and typesetting is automatically transmitted to the controller of the carving machine by the computer, and then the controller transforms these information into the signal with power (pulse train) that can drive the servo motor, and controls the main machine of the carving machine to generate the carving path of X, y and Z axes. At the same time, the high-speed rotary carving head on the carving machine can cut the processing materials fixed on the main machine workbench through the cutters configured according to the processing materials, so as to realize the automatic carving operation.
