1.Introduction
UV printer is a kind of high-tech full-color digital printer without plate making. It can be used for color photo printing on the surface of various materials. Advantages of UV printer: no need to make a plate for one-time printing, beautiful and rich colors, wear-resistant, UV resistant, easy to operate, fast printing image, fully in line with industrial printing standards.

2.Functional characteristics of equipment
1.The optimization of printing process, less some traditional plate making, film, color matching and other processes, is fast and low-cost. Various output software can be used to support various file formats.
2.UV ink is spray dry, printing fastness is good. Reliable technical guarantee has been obtained in the technical difficulties of nozzle control, weak solvent ink printing control, color curing strength and medium transmission accuracy.
3.UV printer adopts the latest LED cold light source technology, without thermal radiation
(1)Instant lighting without preheating, low surface temperature of printing materials without out of shape.
(2)With the latest generation of nozzle, ink point size intelligent distribution, with higher printing accuracy than traditional UV machine.
(3)Water cooling (water circulation) method is adopted, which can also have good light curing effect in hot summer without air conditioning.

Principle: the system sends pulses to control the operation of printing part, and calculates the motor position through external grating ruler, so as to determine the spraying printing distance.

5. Debugging results
1、Setting the 205 parameter of acceleration and deceleration time of position command to 500 can meet the requirement of smooth inching operation;
2、Set the position ring scale 102 parameter to 110 and 205 parameter to 50, which can meet the requirements, and there will be no jitter and sliding during continuous operation
In Figure 1, the waveform of continuous operation under PA100 = 2600, pa101 = 10000, PA 102 = 110, PA 103 = 500 parameters will not show “crawling” phenomenon when the speed loop integral is increased and the continuous operation effect is increased.
