1. Introduction

The principle of CNC necking machine is similar to general CNC lathe. It can carry out full-automatic necking processing according to the control program, or complete the some lathe process. The shape of the circular pipe necking can be controlled and modulated by the program, with good surface finish. It is suitable for the processing industry of heat preservation cup, refrigeration, solar energy and other accessories, It can automatically process the drying filter, sterilizer, heater, sprayer, diverter, silencer, etc., such as necking, pressing groove, flat end face, through-hole, etc. Compared with the traditional process, it can save a lot of materials and labor.

2. Equipment function and commissioning requirements

1.Equipment functional requirements:

Action description: manually place the pipe orifice into the mold → pedal the start button → start expanding processing → automatically return to the original point after completion → manually exchange and cycle in turn

③Adopt double station design, each station can carry out necking processing independently

④The mold design adopts the rapid mold change mode, and the mold switch can be completed within 10 minutes

 It is composed of main transmission mechanism, clamping mechanism, electrical system and hydraulic system. When working, the motor drives the oil pump to rotate, supplies pressure oil, the controller sends out instructions, controls the opening and closing of each solenoid valve, makes each oil cylinder act in a certain order and regularity, and achieves the purpose of tube end forming under the function of the mold.

The necking machine needs to grind the object accurately, and it needs high precision of servo and fast response.

3.System building

The host computer is connected with the control end of the servo driver. The control mode is position mode, and the position command mode is pulse + direction. The driver and related operation base plate are fixed in the electric cabinet, and the servo driver receives the pulse command from the upper computer to drive the motor to drive the head to complete the corresponding action.
