1.System description

Punch is a kind of stamping press, which is widely used in electronic, communication, computer, home appliances, furniture, transportation tools, (automobile, motorcycle, bicycle) hardware parts stamping and forming. The punch is composed of the body, power transmission system, working mechanism and control system. The working principle of the punch is to convert the circular motion into the linear motion. The output of the main motor drives the flywheel, and the clutch drives the gear, crankshaft (or eccentric gear), connecting rod, etc. to achieve the linear motion of the slider. The motion from the main motor to the connecting rod is the circular motion. There are two kinds of mechanisms in the design of connecting rod and sliding block, one is ball type, the other is pin type (cylinder type). Through this mechanism, the circular motion is converted into linear motion of sliding block. The press exerts pressure on the material to make it plastic deform, thus obtaining the required shape and precision. Therefore, it is necessary to cooperate with a group of molds (divided into upper mold and lower mold), put the material in between, and the machine exerts pressure to deform it. The reaction force caused by the force applied to the material during processing is absorbed by the press mechanical body.

2.Servo requirements of press system

The picking and discharging process is realized by 4 sets of servo drivers and servo motors, as shown below:

The materials to be processed are placed between the molds and processing by servo driver, After processing, the servo driver will control to take off the processed object.The X axis mainly controls the horizontal movement of the guide rail; the Z1 axis, Z2 axis and Z3 axis use brake motor control the lifting height of the guide rail at each processing position.

3.Introduction to industry matching performance

The servo driver works in the position mode. The host computer is connected with the control end of the servo driver and sends the position command to the servo driver. The servo driver drives the motor according to the given command signal. So as to control the process of picking and discharging.

2 Related parameter settings

⑴Electronic gear ratio setting

Reciprocal of target value to the actual value ratio

⑵Velocity loop proportional gain

When the gain value is increased, the speed responsiveness can be improved, so that the driver can drive the motor as timely and accurately as possible according to the command. However, if the setting is too large, it is easy to generate vibration and noise. Therefore, the appropriate value should be selected according to the actual situation.

⑶Integral time constant of velocity loop

When this parameter is reduced, the speed responsiveness can be improved and the speed control error can be reduced.
