Application of Huada LB series servo and K series servo drivers in wire drawing machine

1.Introduction

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the working principle of drawing machine, this paper introduces the application of Huada LB series servo and K series servo drivers in wire drawing machine, and gives the setting of key parameters of servo drivers.

2.Drawing machine equipment composition

       The drawing machine is wound by two rollers. One roller is fixed and the other roller is driven by the motor. Because the winding between the two rollers is very thin, in order to prevent the copper wire from being broken, it is necessary to ensure that the torque output is stable when the motor is moving.

3、 Brief introduction of drawing machine technology
Servo principle: when the torque analog quantity is positive, the positive rotation of the motor produces tension. When the torque analog quantity is negative, the motor reverse roller retracts. The larger the given torque analog quantity is, the greater the motor torque is, and the smaller the given torque analog quantity is, the smaller the motor torque is. 4、 Commissioning precautions

1）Correct wiring: K series servo driver is equipped with encoder line and motor power line as standard, but the signal line between servo driver and controller must be connected correctly when wiring, otherwise the servo will not operate normally;
2）Correct setting of servo control mode: because each machine application is different, the correct setting of servo control mode is the premise to ensure the correct operation of servo.
3）Make sure the motor is well grounded and the driver is connected to the equipment casing. On the one hand, avoid interference, on the other hand, avoid leakage.
4）The shielded twisted pair shall be selected as far as possible for the signal wire, and the shielding layer is generally connected to the terminal shell.
5）Pay attention to the interference to avoid the interference to the encoder signal and control signal. The encoder line and signal line shall not be bound together with the motor line and power line or pass through a trunking, and try to keep a certain distance.
