2.Brief introduction of paper cutter

The working principle of the old paper cutter is simple. It is only driven by an asynchronous motor with a reducer to drive the feed and cutter. The length of the paper cutter can be changed by adjusting the deceleration ratio of the cutter. The application of this method is very simple, but the error of the cut paper is relatively large, which results in the poor consistency of the product, and the length of each cut paper is adjusted by hand, that is, the cost of material is also time-consuming.
   The principle of servo control is actually driven by servo motor. Because the servo motor can calculate the detailed number of turns, it can calculate the moving distance. The control cabinet of the paper cutter is a servo driver and a moving base plate, which is used to control the action of the servo motor and calculate the relative position.
   The servo driver drives the motor head to do positioning motion by receiving the pulse command from the host computer. In the process of positioning movement, the movement is required to be smooth. The speed of servo motion determines whether the working efficiency of the paper cutter can meet the requirements of customers. When positioning at high speed, the servo motor can not appear overshoot, vibration and setting time is too long.
